Bakery Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Bakery Supervisor for the Arkadia Portomaso Foodstores in Malta. The person chosen for this role will be reporting to the Store Manager. If you are proactive team-player, then this may be the role for you.

Qualifications

• be proactive and innovative
• have excellent customer service skills
• have a food handling licence and ideally HACCP training
• have good verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
• be able to manage a team of employees and follow through on objectives and targets
• be computer literate
• be able to read, analyse and interpret data
• be health and safety conscious
• be flexible to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
• maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
