A highly reputable Consulting firm assisting on legal and regulatory matters, is seeking to employ an Accounts Clerk to oversee internal Finance & Accounting requirements.

This role focuses on internal accounts including:
- General Ledger Accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare & review revenue, expense and invoice documents
- Process payments
- VAT
- Liaise with external Audit and Accountancy firms

This position is offered on a Full Time basis, and provides an excellent opportunity for a Junior Accounts person within a friendly and successful firm.

Qualifications

> Previous experience in an Accounts position
> Strong familiarity with key finance duties, especially in Reconciliations, Ledger Accounts, Invoicing and VAT related aspects
> Highly accurate and thorough in work
> Responsible and reliable character
> Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
> IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office, especially with MS Excel

Applicants should be educated to an A' level standard of education, and possess an Accounts Diploma or be in the process of studying a higher qualification such as ACCA.
