We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager in Malta. The Facilities Manager will be an essential part of a team to ensure management of the day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility, and support the Country Lead by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will have responsibility for service quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies and site budgets accuracy.

Qualifications
Ideal Experience
Diploma or Tertiary qualification in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Knowledge of soft services operations, procedures and methodologies
Ability to drive outstanding soft and hard services performance
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives (highly desirable)
Knowledge of critical facilities and a understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
Budget management and financial analysis skills
