CristiCleaners is a growing cleaning company. It has become necessary to hire a Team manager and Marketing Specialist in order to help us keeping high standards and taking our services trough market and social media expansion. We need to ensure that a first class service is delivered to all our clients. Therefore the TM & MS will mainly inspect all the cleaning staff, focusing on their performances in term of standard of cleanliness and behavior whilst on duty. Additionally, the TM & MS will fill up the work schedules, making sure that any absent member of staff is suitable replenished in a quick and efficient manner. Also, inventory of detergents and equipment is requested, following by regular reports to the company's directors. In respect of our expending goal, marketing knowledge is compulsory in order to prepare and design offers for our current and future clients. For this reason the TM & MS will be will be in charge of the social media strategies looking after company's digital image.

Qualifications

Accordingly previous experience in personnel and inventory management is requested.
Computer skills and graphic design programs such as: Office365, DTP software (Adobe, Corel), among others, are essential.
Be fluent in English.
Spanish or Polish are are considered as assets
