The selected candidate will be requried to:
- Administer invoices, delivery notes, credit notes and related office administration;
- Organise the company's day to day administrative tasks & duties;
- Perform filing and similar office requirements as required by management;

Qualifications
The selected candidate should possess:
- Strong knowledge in the Maltese and English Languages;
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office software namely Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Higher or Secondary education;
- A good understanding of planning and organising work. S/he should be well organised and attentive to detail.
