A leading local company with an excellent reputation for specializing in solutions for the automation industry, is looking for a Field Technician to manage all onsite installations and repairs.

The main responsibilities attached to the role are:

Managing all onsite installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks
Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/ briefings
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Providing impeccable service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Liaising with technical team and sharing useful information across the organisation
Producing timely and detailed service reports
Tying workflow to schedule
Building positive relationships with customers

Qualifications

License A and License B or equivalent technical certification
Proven field service experience is an asset
Strives to provide impeccable service, with customer satisfaction at heart
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
