Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd., a subsidiary of the FTI Group operates a number of hotels / resorts in Malta under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts. In view of the continuous business growth the company is seeking to recruit on a full time basis an Payroll Administrator for the newly refurbished LABRANDA Riviera Resort & Spa in Marfa.
Duties include, but will not be limited to:
• Issuing of monthly payroll and payslips for employees through payroll software
• Ensuring accuracy of payroll records by maintaining the employees’ database
• Processing and inputting of payroll expenses in the accounting system
• Keeping up-to-date records on leave entitlements, sick leave and other reports pertaining to employees
• Checking and inputting timesheets
• Preparing payroll records
• Proactively, work closely with the HR team
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation, policy, and agreements, while maintaining accurate and complete data at all times
• Administration and monitoring of the electronic timekeeping system
• Generating accurate reports for management purposes
• Any other related duties as may be determined from time to time by management, particularly those related to the accounts department
Qualifications
The selected candidate must:
• Have at least 2 years’ experience of payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll related obligations
• You have an ‘A’ level standard of education
• Ideally proficient user of SPS payroll software
