Responsible for providing support to the Gaming Operations Team by coordinating daily scribe of operations within their topic area to ensure that all corporate policies are followed and enforced, and that procedures overall are running smoothly and that every step is documented. The Gaming Operations Administrator primary goals are ensuring high quality of the process under his or her supervision, as well as facilitating communication between the different members of the Gaming Operations department’s teams such as Payment setup and Customer Support.
