An IT Solutions & Services firm, part of a large and well established group of companies, is seeking an efficient and highly organised Administration & Customer Care Officer to join their support team.
This position is offered on a Full Time basis with working hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Experience in an Administrative or Customer Care role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly reliable and efficient
- Well organised with good administrative abilities and attention to detail
- Team player
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office
Applicants should ideally have at least an O-level standard of education and 1 year+ experience in an Administration or related position.
Experience in a Customer Support or Technical environment will be considered advantageous.
