Operations Assistant – Ref: NII-OA-0918

To support the operational and commercial activities of Nissan International Insurance Ltd, we are seeking applications from dynamic self-motivated individuals to fill the post of Operations Assistant

The selected candidate will be part of the Operations Team and responsibilities will include:

• Collation of Product parameters from Nissan
• Product pricing and creation
• Contract uploading and creation
• Web-based selling system testing
• Analysis and resolution of Contract related issues raised by RBUs in Europe
• Report the progress of ongoing activities (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Daily support and backup of the Operations Officer
• Any other duties appropriate for this role

The Company is expected to continue with its excellent growth rate over the coming years. The opportunity to work for an international company in a prime location with a competitive remuneration package starting @€17.5k, commensurate with qualifications, experience and personal attributes, will be offered to the right applicant. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum of O-Level in Information Technology and a good grade in Mathematics
• Organised and logical approach to work and problem solving together with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and particularly Excel required
• Excellent computer skills and an affinity for computer software and IT in general
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to show flexibility and commitment
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities required
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Motivation to learn commercial activities of the company for performance improvement
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
