We are currently looking to recruit a full time Foreman for our Car and Body Repair Company.

Apart from the usual day-to-day routine the duties will also include :-
To work closely with the workshop assistant manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
To be able to direct repair jobs through the body shop system.
To direct and supervise the employees according to time frames.
To be a point of reference for all shop floor employees.

The successful candidate must:
Have a can do attitude and work in a team and also on his/her own initiative with little supervision ;
Keep up to date with current market trends;
Be willing to receive training both locally and overseas;
Possess the required negotiating skills to ensure the best possible outcome for the company when negotiating repair estimates with insurance estimators and walk in clients;
Be Computer literate;
Have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have an eye for detail and make sure that repairs are being done in line with manufacturer requirements.
