Operations Manager (Property Management)

• Ensure rent collection is as effective as possible across all tenancies
• Designing and applying appropriate operation management standards for Company
• Work closely with maintenance and cleaning subcontractors and Local Authorities, where necessary, to ensure then timely allocation of tenants to our properties
• Ensure that the quality of the property portfolio (residential, office and retail) is maintained to a sufficient level
• Manage, supervise and direct associated staff and resources

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant work experience in property management
• Ability to work standing over long periods of time
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Responsible for leading and guiding the team of maintenance and cleaning subcontractors .
• Must have excellent spoken English and Chinese, ability to read in English and Chinese
