
Administrative Coordinator (Part-time)

Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd., a subsidiary of the FTI Group operates a number of hotels/resorts in Malta. In view of the continuous business growth the company is seeking to recruit a part-time Administrative Coordinator to be part of the team at San Pawl Hotel.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing administrative support;
• Assisting the staff at the front desk;
• Monitoring and assisting in administrative projects, presentations and reports;
• Reconciliation of daily sales;
• Gathering and inputting data;
• Maintaining and updating procedures and policies;
• Liaising with staff and external organisations;
• Any ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
The Selected candidate must:
• Possess an ‘A’ level standard of education;
• Ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Have exceptional customer service skills;
• Be fluent in both Maltese and English;
• Have excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
