Harbour Lights is a busy, casual seafront restaurant and bar on the Marsaxlokk waterfront. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders
Serving tables efficiently and keeping sections clean and set
Recommending dishes and drinks and upselling where appropriate
Handling payments through our POS system
Working as part of a close team across busy service periods

Qualifications

Previous waiting or front-of-house experience preferred, but enthusiastic candidates willing to learn will be considered

Good spoken English; Maltese is an advantage
Friendly, confident and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
Reliable, punctual and well presented
