A rare opportunity has arisen to join the team at Palazzo Castelletti, a distinguished Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Rabat, Malta.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team of five skilled chefs and take responsibility for the day-to-day culinary operations of the restaurant.

The Head Chef will be responsible for maintaining the consistently high standards of food quality and presentation for which Palazzo Castelletti is known, while overseeing kitchen operations, food purchasing and ordering, stock control, menu execution, team management, and full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week / 40 hours, with weekend availability required. LOCAL HIRE ONLY !

Stepping into the role of Head Chef at Palazzo Castelletti requires more than technical culinary ability. We are looking for an individual who brings dedication, creativity, passion and a genuine flair for culinary excellence, combined with strong organisational, leadership and people-management skills.
