The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth and efficient operation of our spa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the spa and wellness industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the daily operations of the spa and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Lead, support, and motivate the spa team.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor treatment quality, cleanliness, and professional standards.
* Assist with staff scheduling, daily operations, and team coordination.
* Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
* Support the team in achieving sales and performance targets.
* Promote spa treatments, packages, and products where appropriate.
* Monitor stock and ensure treatment rooms and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
* Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Ensure company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or beauty industry.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.
* Previous experience working on a cruise line is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
* Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Italian, German, or other European languages are highly desirable.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
