Sales Assistant

Dino’s Motors is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.

The role involves assisting customers looking to purchase vehicles, responding to enquiries, showing vehicles to customers and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Main duties:

Welcome and assist customers at our showroom
Respond to telephone, online and social media enquiries
Explain vehicle features, specifications and prices
Arrange and assist with vehicle viewings and test drives
Follow up with prospective customers
Prepare basic sales documentation
Keep vehicle listings and customer information updated
Assist with the general day-to-day running of the showroom

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organised and comfortable dealing with customers.

Qualifications

Good communication and customer-service skills
Fluent in Maltese and English
Basic computer skills
Driving licence
Reliable, organised and presentable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, customer service or the automotive sector is considered an asset, but is not essential
