Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, reception, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage student enquiries and communications effectively.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience using CRM systems is considered an asset.
Comfortable managing online meetings and webinars.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
Must be based in Malta.
