Opera Caffelounge

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
* Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and workstations.
* Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory, and report to employer.
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
* Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Cash handling and POS system experience.
* Good multitasking and time management skills.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
