Cleaning Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and responsible Cleaning Operations Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
This is a fast-paced coordination role for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing people and making sure that the day runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination of our cleaning operations, including Airbnb/short-let bookings, staff rosters, cleaner attendance, replacements, client communication and coordination with our supervisors.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes initiative.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:
-Highly organised and detail-oriented.
-Proactive and able to work independently.
-A strong problem solver.
-Confident communicating with staff, supervisors and clients.
-Comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time.
-Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable and responsible.
-Assertive when following up with staff.
-Good at prioritising urgent matters.
-Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and other digital systems.
-Fluent in English.
-Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities management, property management, Airbnb/short-let operations or staff coordination is an advantage.
