Outlet Supervisor - Full Time

At CSC Retail Ltd, we are looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in Ghaxaq. If you enjoy working with people, taking responsibility, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Your duties will include:

Overseeing and managing the daily operations of assigned shifts.
Leading by example promoting professionalism and teamwork.
Training and coaching employees.
Making sure customers receive excellent service.
Keeping the store clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Following the daily cleaning schedule.
Making sure health and safety rules are followed.
Ensuring company rules and procedures are followed at all times.

What we're looking for:

Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
A hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
A responsible, reliable, and positive person.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
