Accounts Clerk

Beta Centre, Fgura is looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Clerk to join our team Mondays to Fridays in shift of 9.30am to 6pm / 8am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 12pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process invoices for online orders.
-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
-Use accounting systems, including Shireburn, to support daily operations.
-Assist with general administrative and finance-related duties.
-Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff regarding orders and accounts.
-Provide high-quality customer service when handling enquiries.
-Ensure all tasks are completed in an organised and timely manner.
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
-Experience using Shireburn accounting software.
-Ability to communicate in Maltese or English.
-Strong customer care and communication skills.
-Well-mannered, professional, and reliable.
-Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
-Flexible and willing to support the team as required.
