Shop Assistant – Full-time

Within this role as a Shop Assistant, the individual will be assisting clients in their selection process while offering an excellent customer service approach. The vacancy of the Shop Assistant is on a full-time basis, with shift roster including Saturdays.

Main duties include:
• Assisting clients as necessary and helping with any queries that they might have
• Keeping displays and shelving stocked and clean
• Operating the till and handling payment transactions

Requirements include:
• Previous experience in retail is a must (including cash handling)
• Ideally with previous experience in the pet industry
• Fluency in both Maltese and English
• The individual needs to be approachable, customer-oriented and well-presented
