At AB Projects Ltd, we are importers of office stationery and cleaning supplies.
We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team at AB Projects Ltd.
• Place and follow up local supplier orders
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Plan and optimize delivery routes
• Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers and warehouse staff
• Resolve delivery issues and urgent customer requests
• Liaise with suppliers regarding shortages, lead times, and pricing
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in logistics, purchasing, or operations
• Good Excel skills
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Fluent in Maltese and English
