- organise the work for the various workers and supervise their work
- collection of purchased items
- accompanying estate agents, representatives and customers to view property
- checking and preparing the property for new tenants
- collection of rents and payments of bills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, must be able to work independly with minimum supervision
- must own a car
