Gillieru Restaurant in St. Paul’s Bay is looking for a reliable, practical Handyman / Houseman to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

If you are a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys fixing things and keeping a property in top shape, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

Carrying out general property maintenance and quick repairs (touch-up painting, basic plumbing, fixing fixtures, etc.).

Assisting with heavier lifting, shifting furniture, and setting up areas when needed.

Keeping external areas, storerooms, and maintenance spaces clean and organized.

Helping the team with general day-to-day houseman duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Basic, practical experience in maintenance, DIY, or a similar handyman role.

A proactive "can-do" attitude—someone who notices what needs fixing and gets it done.

Ability to work well on your own and alongside our restaurant team.

Good communication skills (English or Maltese).
