Junior Bartender

Tartarun is a well-established fish restaurant on the Marsaxlokk waterfront. We are looking for a part-time junior bartender to join our front-of-house team.

The role covers daily bar set-up and close-down, preparing hot beverages and a selection of cocktails, keeping the bar clean and organised, polishing glassware, and assisting the service team when required.

Qualifications

Full training will be provided. What matters most to us is your attitude.

We're looking for someone who is:

Well-presented and takes pride in their appearance
Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people
A strong communicator — fluent English is essential
Calm under pressure and reliable during busy service
A team player who is eager to learn

No prior bar experience is required, although having experience in hospitality is a great asset.
