We are looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team in pizza production.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing pizza dough, stretching and shaping pizza bases consistently to high standards, and maintaining excellent hygiene and organisation in the workspace.

This role is focused on pizza base production in a factory environment, so experience and efficiency are very important.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo
* Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and base making
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Physically fit and able to handle production work
* Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain consistency in quality
