Sales Assistant – Dan John (Gozo Outlet)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our new Dan John outlet in Gozo. This role suits someone who enjoys retail, has a genuine interest in men’s fashion, and takes pride in creating a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with product selection and styling
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support stock control, deliveries, and replenishment
- Process sales and payments accurately through the POS system

Qualifications

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fashion and attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English; Maltese and Italian are considered an advantage
