Waiter / Waitress

We are looking to recruit a Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Coast Restaurant
in Wied Iz-Zurrieq.
The ideal candidate should be reliable and outgoing, with excellent customer
service and communication skills. This is not a seasonal position, this is a year round job with lunch and dinner shifts including evenings and weekends.
Own transport is ESSENTIAL due to remote location;
Only applicants who are residents in Malta will be considered.

Job description:
Greeting and seating guests;
Presentation of menus and explanations of daily specials, fresh fish, food
preparation;
Taking of drinks orders;
Preparation of drinks and wine service;
Cutlery and condiment preparation ;
Food service and table clearing;
Station preparation;
Washing and polishing of glassware and cutlery;
Cleaning and table setting;
Any other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Candidates with work experience in food & beverage service, together with
related qualifications will be given priority;

Fluency in English is necessary, while knowledge of different languages will be
considered an asset;

Own transport is ESSENTIAL due to remote location;
Only applicants who are residents in Malta will be considered.
