Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality and presentation standards, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, always adhering to health and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly.
• Support inventory management by receiving, organising, and storing food supplies.
• Engage with our customers, taking orders and providing excellent service with a smile.
• Work closely with the food truck team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Show initiative in taking on various kitchen roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must, and Knowledge of Maltese is preferred.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to our food truck's uniform policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

Training will be given, and experience will have priority. candidates need to already be residing in Malta. C.Vs sent from candidates still abroad will be ignored
