Looking for a Chef de Partie to work in a busy Hotel in Gzira.
Duties include preparation for both buffet and a la carte menus, following menus as directed by chef, keeping good tracking and logs of preparations and maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in buffet and a la carte would be considered an asset.
