Maintenance Man

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Man to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including painting, snagging, basic electrical, and plumbing work
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed
- Assisting with special projects and renovations as required
- Assist with the collection and delivery of laundry to the company's laundry room and distribution to hotels

Qualifications

- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting.
- Proficiency in painting, snagging, and basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
