Pricing Specialist

Evolve RS Group Contracting Ltd

Evolve RS Group Contracting Ltd. are currently seeking to recruit a Pricing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Department Manager. The incumbent will provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer needs: Review incoming inquiries and requests to understand product or service requirements. 
- Collaborate internally: Work with finance, and procurement to gather all necessary information, such as product specifications, pricing, and lead times. 
- Prepare quotes and tenders: Develop accurate and detailed price quotations based on cost analysis, market conditions, and company pricing strategies. 
- Maintain competitiveness: Balance the need for profitability with market competitiveness to ensure quotes are attractive to customers. 
- Manage quote lifecycle: Track the status of quotes, follow up on outstanding requests, and revise them as needed based on customer feedback or changing requirements. 
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of quotes and customer interactions.
- Support project managers: Assist the site team by providing timely and accurate pricing information to help close deals and support customer relationships.
- Any other duties the company might find necessary.  

The selected candidate would preferably have the following skills and abilities:
- Must have 3 years experience
- Good command of the English language
- Use ACAD, office and MS projects efficiently
- Good team player and leadership skills
- Be able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
