A vacancy has arisen for a Chef Tournant to join our existing team of talented chefs. The Chef Tournant reports to the Head Chef and must therefore, as necessary, be able to:
manage the kitchen team in the absence of Head Chef;
monitor inventory, and ensure quality control;
assist in developing new recipes and menus;
and train new staff members.

- Working 5 days a week on a 40 hour basis.
