Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical and plumbing installation or maintenance

Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and related tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good attention to detail and time management skills

Willingness to work flexible hours when required
