Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electronics, gaming, and networking products.
Manage product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and properly priced.
Process sales transactions using the POS system accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, after-sales support, and returns when necessary.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Support management with daily operational duties as required.
Qualifications
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or retail (electronics sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in technology, gaming, and home entertainment.
Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluent in English.
Flexible to work weekends or evenings as needed.
