Ob Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Plastering Assistant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will support the lead plasterer in preparing, applying, and finishing plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in plastering and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead plasterer with surface preparation, including cleaning, priming, and applying bonding agents.
Mix plaster and other materials to the correct consistency as directed.
Apply plaster to surfaces using a variety of tools, ensuring smooth, even coverage.
Sand, polish, and smooth dried plaster surfaces to achieve a quality finish.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Follow all health and safety guidelines on site.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or as a plastering assistant is preferred but not essential.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle materials and equipment.
