Reservations/Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Reservation/Operations Manager to join our team and help us elevate the service we provide to our valued guests.

As the Reservation/Operations Manager, you will be the central point of coordination for all guest reservations and will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of daily operations. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that guest expectations are not only met but exceeded, managing booking systems, overseeing reservation procedures, and supporting the operations team to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservations Management: Oversee the reservation process, ensuring all bookings are accurately entered, updated, and confirmed in the system.

Guest Service Excellence: Handle guest inquiries and requests, offering personalized assistance to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the reservations team, providing training, support, and guidance to achieve departmental goals.

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Problem-Solving: Address any issues or discrepancies related to reservations and operational processes, finding quick and effective solutions.
