Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to our high-quality standards.

Managing your section and ensuring efficient food preparation.

Monitoring food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.

Managing stock control and minimising waste.

Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

We need a candidate who is ambitious, disciplined, and truly passionate about food.
You must have a Food Handling License and be available to work on weekends.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
