We’re Growing – Join Our Front of House Team in Malta!

Our company is expanding, and we’re looking for a welcoming and professional Front of House Assistant (Full-Time) to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, creating a great customer experience, and want a role with evenings free, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What We’re Looking For:

Must hold all valid documents/work permit to legally work in Malta

Previous experience in a Front of House, hospitality, or customer service role

Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest care

Clean, well-presented, and professional at all times

A team player with excellent communication skills

Basic barista skills – knowing how to make coffee is a big plus

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Cash handling or POS experience considered an advantage


Your Role Will Include:

Greeting and seating guests with a smile

Taking orders and ensuring excellent customer service

Serving food and beverages efficiently

Assisting with coffee preparation and bar service when required

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area

Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
