Our company is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Kitchen General Assistant to join our team in Birgu. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional kitchen environment while enjoying a healthy work-life balance with shifts ending early.

What We’re Looking For:

Must hold all valid documents to legally work in Malta

Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is preferred

Clean, organized, and reliable

Strong team player with good communication skills

Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices

Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and organizing stock

Flexibility and willingness to assist chefs and colleagues as needed

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting chefs with food preparation

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Washing dishes, utensils, and equipment

Handling deliveries and storing goods properly

Supporting the team during service to ensure smooth operations
