
Assistant Administrator

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Administrator to support the smooth running of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, record-keeping).
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Support scheduling, staff coordination, and stock management.
Prepare invoices, basic reports, and other documentation.
Provide general support to the management team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration (experience in food/retail is an asset).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
