Plasterer:
Surface Preparation: Remove old plaster, clean walls, and apply base coats to ensure proper adhesion.
Mixing Materials: Combine plaster ingredients (gypsum, lime, cement, etc.) to the right consistency for application.
Application: Use tools like trowels, brushes, or spray equipment to apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions.
Smoothing & Finishing: Level and smooth plaster using techniques like screeding; may also create decorative textures or moldings.
Repairs: Patch cracks and holes in existing plasterwork to restore surfaces.
Material Selection: Choose appropriate plaster types (e.g., browning, bonding, thistle) based on the project needs.

Carpenter:
Reading Blueprints & Plans: Interpret architectural drawings to understand project specifications and materials needed.
Measuring & Cutting: Accurately measure and cut wood, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools.
Building Frameworks: Construct walls, floors, roofing frames, staircases, and doorframes from raw or pre-assembled materials.
Installing Fixtures: Fit doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, and decorative moldings with precision.
Repairs & Maintenance: Inspect and fix damaged structures, replacing or reinforcing as needed.
Site Preparation: Lay out flooring, drywall, and insulation, ensuring everything is level and secure.

Cleaner:
Clean floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
Dust surfaces: Furniture, fixtures, and vents.
Sanitize areas: Bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch zones.
Empty trash: Dispose of waste properly.
Restock supplies: Toiletries and cleaning products.
Report issues: Damages or supply shortages.
Follow safety rules: Use chemicals and equipment responsibly.

Qualifications

Secondary or Higher secondary education is must.
Able to communicate in English properly.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
