The applicant must have:

- Tourism & Hospitality: Skills Pass
- Catering: Food Handling Certificate & Skills Pass
- Driving-related Roles: Valid Driving License
- Construction, Plumbing & Electrical: A & B License (Certified by the Maltese Education Board)

- Relevant experience for the role.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to excellent service.
- Fluency in English and/or Maltese.
