Coleiro General Sales Ltd., a leading name in the Automotive Sector in Malta is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely delivery to clients or departments.
• Monitor stock for expiry dates or damages and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse/store area is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support with periodic stock takes and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
• Be fluent in Maltese / English Language both in writing and speaking.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Excel, stock management systems).
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
