Our client is currently seeking to engage a dedicated and detail-oriented House Attendant to support operations within a prestigious 5-star hospitality setting. The selected individual will be entrusted with ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing to the overall quality of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Carry out thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, addressing any issues or deficiencies in a timely manner.
Utilise housekeeping supplies and equipment responsibly and report any shortages or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Collaborate effectively with fellow housekeeping staff and follow directives from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including the correct use of cleaning products and equipment.
Respond to guest-related housekeeping requests and concerns in a professional and timely fashion.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks in line with quality standards and report any areas requiring improvement.
Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or a similar position is required.
Experience within a 5-star hospitality environment and/or a Forbes Travel Guide-rated property is considered an asset.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
