An opportunity has arisen to work within the Endevio Group, a multidisciplinary firm providing corporate, fiduciary and immigration services to clients on an international basis.
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual who has a practical and hands-on approach, to join our Immigration team as an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will be a vital member of the team and the responsibilities attached to this role include but are not limited to:
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and records maintenance;
• Draft, format, and review Source of Wealth / Source of Funds (SOW/SOF) documents and other compliance materials;
• Support client onboarding processes, including preparing application packs, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence;
• Liaise with real estate clients and partners to coordinate viewings, gather documentation, and assist with buyer queries;
• Maintain and update CRM systems and shared tracking sheets;
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending items, and flag administrative risks or gaps;
• Prepare internal and external reports with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Support calendar and meeting logistics for executives and field officers;
• Provide ad hoc administrative and real estate support as needed;
• Any other ancillary duties which the Administrative Assistant may be asked to perform.
Qualifications
• 1-year experience in a similar role;
• Fluent in the English language. Any other language is considered an asset;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload;
• Excellent communication skills, organised with a good eye for detail;
• Ability to work individually and in a team;
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
