We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our football academy’s coaching program. The Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing player development, leading training sessions, mentoring coaching staff, and maintaining the academy’s high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Design and implement structured training programs for all age groups
- Lead and mentor the coaching team to ensure consistent delivery of the academy philosophy
- Monitor and evaluate player progress and development
- Plan and manage team selections, match preparations, and tournaments
- Uphold a professional, disciplined, and positive environment within the academy

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Head Coach or Senior Coach in a football academy or club setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for youth development and player progression
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
