Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Customer Service Executive at O&S Shipping Ltd, located in Marsa. As an Operations Customer Service Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing customer support, managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Fluency in English language. Knowledge of Maltese language is a benefit
• Must reside and live in Malta
• Knowledge in shipping systems such as BeOne Suite
• Minimum of 2x Years Experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
